CODE OF CONDUCT FOR NOBLESVILLE LACROSSE
I wish to participate in Noblesville Lacrosse activities for the 2007 season. As a participant in the Noblesville Lacrosse Program I understand and agree by my actions, attitude and work habits to support myself, my team and my coaches no matter what. I pledge to:
. I will work to improve my skills and support and encourage my teammates to do likewise.
. I will pass 5 classes a semester and provide proof to the coaching staff.
. I accept the principle that there is no “I” in team sports
. I will take an interest in getting to know and support each member of this team
. I will not indulge in criticism or putdowns nor will I tolerate those who do.
. I will encourage good sportsmanship by demonstrating only positive support for all players, coaches, and officials at every event.
. I want practice to held on a serious and professional basis.
. I will be present and dressed to start practice at 3:30 every afternoon
. I will learn the rules of lacrosse so I may be a better player
Noblesville Lacrosse is proud of its players, coaches, and parents and will strive to set the highest standard in good sportsmanship throughout the community. Noblesville Lacrosse is counting on everyone in our program to make the best club sport in Noblesville and the State of Indiana. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

We, parent(s) and player, have discussed the Noblesville Lacrosse Code of Conduct and agree to abide by it. We understand that there is no refund or recourse for dismissal from lacrosse as a consequence of breaking this Code of Conduct.
